Refund policy
At KaraokeArt, all products are made to order through our Print on Demand fulfillment partner, Printeez. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@karaokeart.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Customer ordering errors
- Slight color variations due to screen displays
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a short processing window after purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled and a replacement cannot be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
