At KaraokeArt, all products are made to order through our Print on Demand fulfillment process. Each item is custom-produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

This processing time includes:

  • Printing and production

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging preparation

During holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased demand.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

Shipping availability and shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

Order Tracking

Custom & Personalized Products

Because all KaraokeArt products are custom-made and printed on demand:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • Changes to shipping details or product selections may not be possible after order confirmation

Lost or Stolen Packages

KaraokeArt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
